Cancellation Policy Details
1. Custom Orders & Large Orders
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
A 50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made within 7 days of the order date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

2. Regular Orders (Non-Custom)
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup or delivery date are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your order, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees if changes require adjustments to the order.

4. Late Pickups or No-Shows
Orders not picked up by the scheduled time will be held for 24 hours. After this period, the order will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

5. Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
